- Lube springs & adjust spring tension to ensure proper functionality.
- Check the mechanical components (i.e., chains, pulleys, rollers, hinges, etc.) for signs of wear.
- Inspect weather seal around the door and bottom seal of the door to ensure it makes a tight seal when closed.
It is recommend these services only be performed by trained professionals as springs, cables, and other hardware attached to the springs are under extreme tension and may cause severe injury.
